Locate The Archivist at The Archives below The Unnamed City to learn the Cartographer Knowledge and unlock the Map Room. Upon meeting him, you can learn the Cartographer Knowledge and unlock blueprints for the Map Room and Corrupted Stone. From there, follow the corridor away from the Obelisk and descend the stairs until you reach The Archives, where you'll encounter The Archivist. To find it, head to the Obelisk at the specified location.
The Map Room is a crafted structure and replica of the actual Map Room situated beneath The Unnamed City.
